The proposed work will also include temporary traffic control, erosion control, and drainage improvements.  Qualified contractors are invited to Bid. This contract is for the purpose of providing all materials and labor to install the Medical Village Access Improvements: Phase 1B in conformance with the Specifications. 

The entire project shall be completed in 180 calendar days. A 15% DBE contract obligation is required. Minimum wage rates for this project have been pre-determined by the Secretary of Labor and are set forth in the advertised specifications. This project is subject to the contract work hours and Safety Standards Act and its implementing regulations. The proposed work shall be performed in conformity with the rules and regulations for carrying out the Federal Highway Act.
