Gary Sinak

Gary Sinak grew up in Miami, Florida and moved to Mobile, Alabama in 1976.  He moved to Gulf Shores in 1980 where he has lived for over 30 years. Gary holds a degree in Fire Science Technology from Pensacola Community College. He also received his paramedic training from the University of South Alabama. Gary was hired by the City of Gulf Shores Fire Rescue Department in 1980.  He retired from the City of Gulf Shores in 2016 as a Battalion Chief after a 34 year career. He is co-owner in GNG Plumbing and The Hardware Store where he currently works part time. He has one daughter, Maggie Marie Sinak, who also works at GNG Plumbing and The Hardware Store. He was elected to the Gulf Shores City Council in 2016.
