Starting this December, Business and Rental License Renewal forms will be sent via email only — no more traditional U.S. mail. This update helps reduce paper use and cut down on postage costs, making the process more efficient and cost-effective for everyone.
What you need to know:
Ensure your email address is current in your license records. Email will now be the primary method for receiving renewal forms and important updates from the City.
Important Deadline:
Renewals can be submitted on or after January 1, 2026, and are due no later than January 31, 2026.
Payments received after January 31 will be considered delinquent, and late penalties will apply. This deadline will remain the same each year moving forward.
