The Gulf Shores Recreation Department is excited to bring back our free community fitness classes - Fitness on the Green. This outdoor fitness series takes place on the Town Green at Gulf Place and consists of three different workout classes:
Sore on the Shore
Bodyweight circuit training for beginners

Wake N' Shake
Aerobic dance fitness class
Saturday, March 12, 9:30 a.m.
Sunset Yoga
Healthy Mind + Healthy Body
