The Gulf Shores Public Library is proud to present its 2023 Summer Reading Program - All Together Now! Join them at the Adult Activity Center located at 260 Clubhouse Drive for a variety of programs for all ages to enjoy!
All Summer Reading Programs are FREE to the public and take place at 10:30 a.m. at the Adult Activity Center.
June 9 - Tom Foolery
This juggler, comedian, and unicyclist's brilliantly structured and laugh-a-minute show features a special blend of magic & circus!
June 16 - Bruce Walstad
Walstad is a magnificent magician and president of the Gulf Coast Magician's Guild.
June 23 - Animal Tales
Animal Tales is a Pensacola-based educational and interactive animal show.
June 30 - Freedom Ranch
This is the "Birds of Prey" show, which is always a lot of fun! They bring vultures, crows, owls, etc. and offer educational information on all of the animals!
July 14 - Wild West Show
Cowboy Bruce and the art of lassoing and bullwhips.
July 21 - Michelle's Magical Poodles
Michelle's poodles do all kinds of dog tricks!
July 27-28 - Stuffed Animal Camp Out at the Library *REGISTRATION REQUIRED*
Bring your stuffed friend to the Gulf Shores Public Library for a camp-out-themed sleepover between 4:30-5:30 p.m. Animals must be tucked in by 5:30 p.m. We will capture all the fun that your favorite toy gets into! Animals will be reunited with their owners the next day (July 28) at 10:30 a.m. Photos of the overnight shenanigans will be available online for download. Registration is required before July 21 for the stuffed animal only.
