Monthly Speakers and Socials is a free event offered to the 55+ community during the months of November-February. Safe Sitter Classes
April 19-21, 2021
Safe Sitter is a program that provides CPR/First Aid and child care training to teach young teens how to be better, safer babysitters. Children in grades 6th-8th are encouraged to register to take this class taught by our trained staff. Participants will receive a Safe Sitter completion card and a CPR Certification. The City of Gulf Shores hosts two nights of the Daddy Daughter Dance at the Erie H. Meyer Civic Center, located at 1930 West 2nd Street, during January. SPARC Summer Camp

SPARC Summer Camp is designed for Strengthening Potential through Arts, Recreation and Culture by providing youth a safe and supportive environment; fostering education, personal growth, character development and overall resiliency. You and your friends and family are invited to sleep under the stars at our beautiful waterfront lagoon park! Camping 101 is hosted at Mo's Landing, located at 18068 Fort Morgan Road, and includes overnight camping, fire pits (great for hot dogs and s'mores!) and an outdoor movie on the big screen. Purely Paddle is a fun, family-friendly guided kayak adventure along with yoga on the lawn.
